1. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in an interview conducted through Scrine ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Scrine is an AI-powered candidate screening platform that conducts voice interviews on behalf of hiring organizations.
2. Description of Service
Scrine provides AI-assisted voice interviews for candidate screening. The Service records and transcribes your interview responses, uses artificial intelligence to evaluate your answers, and generates assessment reports for the hiring organization. Your participation is voluntary and related to a specific job application.
3. Interview Recording and AI Evaluation
By proceeding with the interview, you acknowledge and consent to the following:
- Your voice will be recorded and transcribed during the interview
- AI technology will be used to analyze and evaluate your responses
- An assessment report will be generated and shared with the hiring organization
- A human recruiter will review the AI-generated assessment before any hiring decision is made
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate information during the interview
- Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your qualifications
- Not attempt to manipulate or interfere with the AI evaluation system
- Participate in good faith in the interview process
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Your interview data (recordings, transcripts, and evaluations) is retained for the duration of the hiring process and up to 12 months afterwards, unless a longer retention period is required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting the hiring organization or Scrine directly.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its AI models, software, and interface, remains the intellectual property of Scrine. Your interview responses remain your own, though you grant Scrine and the hiring organization the right to process them for the purposes described in these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Scrine provides AI-assisted screening as a tool for hiring organizations. Scrine does not make hiring decisions. Scrine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to hiring outcomes.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
